Karina Smirnoff gives the scoop about her hubby-to-be

Fans of the hit reality show Dancing with the Stars were likely disappointed when Karina Smirnoff and Maksim Chmerkovskiy went from sweethearts to Splitsville in less than a year. Still, it looks as though the Ukranian-born beauty has officially found her dream guy. 
Smirnoff took the time to speak with People.com about her new hubby-to-be, Detroit Tigers pitcher Brad Penny, and explained how this engagement is completely different from her last.”That’s the way I feel about it,” she told the news outlet. “I’m completely openhearted, and there’s nothing I would change about it at this point – absolutely nothing.”Karina and Brad became betrothed in October after a whirlwind courtship. It looks as though Penny is completely gaga for the girl, as her engagement ring is reportedly worth a whopping $95,000!Still, the world can rest assured that Smirnoff is just as smitten with her mains squeeze. In fact, when she spoke with the news outlet months ago, she couldn’t stop gushing.”I’m marrying a southern gentleman,” she said.
